About Carbon Co-Op 2.0
Our Story
David Kolsrud and Dan Heard have over 50 years combined experience in developing, investing and consulting alongside over 25 renewable projects with a combined value of more than $1.5 billion.
They've learned that the key to any successful project is to ensure all of the key participants are part of the vision from the beginning - especially the farmers that control all of the feedstock. If all parties are in agreement with the vision, the cooperation and commitment will follow.
Background
From organizing LLC's and new generation cooperatives to taking companies public and raising equity for the investment, David and Dan have been at the forefront of value-added agriculture throughout the midwest and across the country.
In addition, David and Dan have experience working to manage risk and exposure. Whether it's a USDA B&I Loan Guarantee, and Department of Energy Loan Guarantee or a Value-Added Producers Grant, they'll ensure organizations understand all resources available.
